Our Mesa Verde Suite (Deluxe One Bedroom Apartment) is available for on a month to month or lease basis only. The large (approximately 750 square feet) suite is fully equipped with hickory kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances which include a new digital oven and electric range, a new full size refrigerator, kitchen island and even a hanging pot rack for the discriminating kitchen connoisseur!

The new private bathroom features a mahogany wood vanity with granite countertops and a matching armoire for linens. The floors are all painted concrete perfect for your own flair for creative and luxurious floor mats... No carpets to clean nor risk of allergens...

The super large bedroom is well suited to also contain your own private office or workout area. You have a very large walk in closet with full size mirrored wardrobe doors.

Dimmable recessed lighting to set your own ambience throughout the entire suite. Gorgeous island style ceiling fan for increased lighting and air circulation. Satellite receivers can be included with a complete directory of HBO et al channels. This unit includes one garaged parking space and the possibility of extra space for your storage needs.

This suite provides you access to a common area which includes a couch/love seat for any entertaining you would like to host during your stay. Your lease includes reasonable utilities such as electric, water sewer and trash.
